Communication, Hold Points & Stop-Work Criteria

Hold Point 1

No lifting starts until permit, lift plan, certificates, ground condition, and crew briefing are confirmed by the rigging supervisor.

Hold Point 2

No boom-up, slew, or travel after rigging unless the trial lift confirms balance, stability, correct radius, and clear communication.

Stop Work

Stop immediately on loss of communication, wind exceedance, chart margin concern, unauthorized entry, load shift, or ground settlement.
